Vue Hybrid Package

Vue Conferences & Events announces its biggest hybrid package: In excess of 50K delegates.

Vue launched its biggest hybrid conference package, incorporating the UK, Ireland and Europe, with the expertise to be able to host fifty thousand (50,000) delegates safely at multiple sites.

Head of conferences and events Rachel Macaulay from Vue, said “we have been streaming events via satellite for over 10 years, it’s second nature. Our ability to host hybrid events doesn’t just mean from site to site. We can stream to individual’s houses too, so the size of an event can be exponential, it’s not a problem for us.”

From 17th May Vue in England opened its 91 sites, incorporating 870 screens. Using fail-safe satellite capability, hybrid events can be delivered seamlessly to all locations, from Scotland to Rome, Berlin, the Netherlands, in fact any one of the 227 sites across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

With continuous investment in the venues, the client experience is a key component to Vue for both corporate and consumer guests. Presentation quality is at its most engaging at a Vue screen combining stadium seating, Sony 4K digital projectors and Dolby Atmos sound.

Combined with Dolby Atmos, which places each delegate in the centre of the sound, sound takes on a new meaning. Pin sharp, multidimensional, breath-taking sound that fills the space and mind to be all encompassing ensuring no delegate misses out. DDR rates start at £49 for a minimum of 100 guests. Covid safe catering options include contemporary boxed lunches, canapés and bowl food options. Each event will have its own bespoke tech and catering package on top.
