People’s History Museum (PHM) in Manchester has partnered with leading conscious food company Open Kitchen.
Beautiful dishes will be created for Venue Hire clients that reflect local, seasonal, organic, independent, short supply chains, interception of food and Fairtrade.
The menus will change seasonally, with the Open Kitchen team working directly with farms in the North West to highlight delicious sustainably grown veg and fruit.
Different menus will be created for different occasions, whether a meeting, workshop, celebration, conference, wedding, or drinks reception. All can be enjoyed in the museum’s stunning spaces, with a number of options; from large open areas to smaller meeting rooms, in the magnificent Grade II listed Edwardian Pump House.
Sustainability is the watchword throughout, from the food to the specialist crockery and full compostable packing.
